GHLAIExperts is a GoHighLevel build partner operating as a limited liability company registered in Austin, Texas, United States. We build AI voice agents, conversation AI and automation inside our clients' own GoHighLevel sub-accounts.
In this policy, "we" and "us" mean GHLAIExperts. "You" means anyone who contacts us, books a call, applies for a job or uses this website.
This policy covers data we collect about you through this website and in the course of working with you: enquiries, bookings, job applications and correspondence.
It does not cover how your own customers' data is handled inside your GoHighLevel account. That data is yours and you are its controller. Clause 05 explains our role there.
We collect only what we need to answer you and do the work:
We do not buy contact lists and we do not collect special category data such as health, biometric or political information.
To reply to your enquiry, hold the call you booked, quote and deliver a build, invoice you, meet our legal and tax obligations, and assess job applications.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing. We do not use your business data to train AI models, and we do not use one client's data to build for another.
When we build inside your sub-account we act as a processor on your instructions. You remain the controller of your contacts, conversations and recordings. We work under access you grant and can revoke at any time.
We do not export your contact database, we do not keep copies of it on our own systems, and when an engagement ends we ask you to revoke our access. If you have not revoked it within thirty days of handover we will ask you again.
If you ring us, or we ring you, the call may be recorded and transcribed so we have an accurate record of what was agreed. We will tell you at the start of the call. Recording laws differ by state and country, and where two-party consent is required we ask for it explicitly.
Where we build a voice agent for you, calls to that agent are recorded and transcribed into your account, under your own notice and consent obligations. Setting that notice correctly is your responsibility as the controller, and we will tell you what the agent needs to say.
If you give us your mobile number we may use it to reach you about your enquiry or your build. We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent, and you can reply STOP to any message to end it.
Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of buying anything from us.
We use a small number of third parties to run the business. Depending on your build these may include:
Each processes data under its own terms. We name the exact set for your build in writing before it starts, so you know who touches your data.
Enquiries that do not become work: up to two years, then deleted. Client records, contracts and invoices: seven years, because tax rules require it. Job applications: up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Access credentials to your account are removed at handover.
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to object to processing or to ask for your data in a portable format.
Email [email protected] and we will respond within thirty days. There is no charge. We may need to keep records we are legally required to keep, and if so we will tell you which and why.
This site sets a single browser storage value, gx-theme, to remember whether
you chose the light or dark version. It contains no personal data and is not used for
tracking.
The GoHighLevel platform hosting this site may set its own cookies for page and form analytics, and the embedded booking and application widgets set cookies belonging to GoHighLevel. Those are governed by GoHighLevel's own policy rather than ours.
We are based in the United States and our providers are largely US-based, so data you give us is processed in the United States.
If you are in the UK, the EU or another region with data transfer rules, contact us before sending personal data and we will confirm in writing what applies to your engagement and what safeguards are in place.
When we change this policy we update the date at the top of the page. If a change materially affects how we handle data belonging to an active client, we tell that client directly rather than relying on you noticing the date.
Email [email protected] or call +1 737-379-5026, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm CT. Write to us about anything in this policy and a person will answer.
