There is no growth team here and no bench. Everyone builds, and everyone hands their work over documented well enough that somebody else could pick it up. If that sounds narrow, it is. That is the whole idea.

What we hire for

Five disciplines. That is the whole list.

We are not always hiring for all of these, and we would rather say so than collect applications for a role that does not exist. Send one anyway if the work is yours — we read every application and we keep them.

    Voice agent engineer

    Prompt design, voice selection and tuning, turn-taking, interruption handling and telephony behaviour. You have shipped a voice agent that real customers rang, and you know why the third turn is where they usually fall apart.

  • AI

    Conversation AI specialist

    SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and web chat inside one inbox. Knowledge bases that stay small, refusal rules that hold, and hand-off to a human that does not lose the thread.

  • SETUP

    Registration and deliverability

    A2P and 10DLC brand and campaign filings, LC Phone provisioning and porting, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and domain warm-up. You have read a carrier rejection and known immediately which of the four usual causes it was.

  • BUILD

    GoHighLevel build engineer

    Workflows, pipelines, calendars with real team routing, forms, funnels, memberships and snapshots. You can walk into a sub-account somebody else broke and tell us honestly whether to repair it or rebuild it.

  • DOCS

    Technical writer, handover

    The workflow maps, the written documentation and the recorded walkthroughs that make a build ownable. This is not an afterthought role here. It is the thing we sell.

How we work

Small, remote, and narrow on purpose.

  • REMOTE-FRIENDLYWe are an Austin-registered US LLC and the team works remotely. We care where you overlap with US business hours, not where you sit.
  • ASYNC-FIRSTFew meetings, written decisions. If something needs an hour of calendar to explain, it usually needed twenty minutes of writing instead.
  • EVERYONE BUILDSThere is no layer of people who only manage. The person who scoped the build is the person in the sub-account.
  • IN-HOUSEWe do not subcontract client work. If we take it on, one of us does it.
  • DOCUMENTATION IS THE JOBA build is not finished when it runs. It is finished when another developer could take it over without us.
  • ACCESS IS TRUSTYou will hold credentials to accounts that run other people's businesses. We take that seriously and expect you to.
  • ONE PLATFORMYou will get deep rather than broad. Over a year you will know where GoHighLevel's edges are before you hit one.
  • NO GROWTH THEATRENo hustle posting, no internal leaderboards, no pretending a quiet week was a busy one.

What this job is not

It is not a marketing role. We do not buy ads, write your offer, do brand design or run a sales team, so there is nothing here for someone who wants to do those.

It is not a generalist automation role either. If you want to work across ten platforms, this will bore you inside a month, and we would rather you knew that before you applied than after.
